February Winner: Locus Services Ltd
For this job, Locus Services were looking for the best concrete floor paint. They used our Regal Two-Pack Epoxy Floor Sealer and Regal Two-Pack Epoxy Floor Paint in Light Grey to coat this very large warehouse floor. We think that not only is the job perfect in terms of the quality of floor preparation and paint application, but it also gives you an idea of the quality of the paint and the finish that can be achieved.
At approximately 6,000m2, the floor area was very large and required a professional flooring contractor. You can see that the floor was already painted rather than bare concrete and there were cracks in places. Rob and the team fully prepared the floor with mechanical abrasion and filled in the cracks. The floor sealer (the red coat) was first to be rolled out and left to dry for at least 24 hours. The light grey topcoat was applied, again using rollers.
We think that this project is a deserving winner, showcasing both the skill and competence of Locus Services Ltd and the quality of Regal Epoxy Floor Paints.
