Aluminium Quick Dry Enamel with a tough, quick drying finish. A metal paint made with high grade aluminium flake, rather than pigment, which is dissolved in solvent for 24 hours and diluted with urethan alkyd. Heat resistant up to 150 degrees C. Steel-grey in finish. Typically used to refurbish truck wheels. Advisable to spray. Never use a roller with this product.

Aluminium Quick Dry Enamel – Product Description & Recommended Use

  • A single-pack, quick-air-drying aluminium-flake enamel topcoat with a tough, steel-grey sheen finish.
  • This metal paint is made from high-quality synthetic resins and premium grade aluminium flake.
  • Ideally applied by airless or conventional spray but can be brushed where necessary. Rolling not recommended.
  • Suitable for direct-to-metal applications (typical use is to refurbish truck wheels).
  • Suitable for application to steel and non-ferrous metal, and heavy-duty industrial use.
  • For higher temperatures, we recommend thin films to reduce the risk of thermal-shock cracks of the paint-film during heating and cooling cycles.
