Pumice Aggregate

Pumice aggregate is an extremely lightweight natural material which is mixed into the paint prior to application.
It gives a rough-profiled finish and significantly increases slip resistance.
When using, pour the pumice into the paint and mix thoroughly. After mixing, use the paint immediately. Apply the paint with a roller to achieve a consistent finish.
A natural stone alternative to plastic microbeads.
Description
Where customers require a rougher profile finish to the floor, a pumice aggregate can be used. It is a fine natural stone which is added to the paint prior to roller application.
This results in a lightly textured finish to the painted floor.
We wouldn’t recommend its use in an environment where hygiene is a priority, e.g. food preparation areas. Because of the rougher finish, it can be more difficult to keep clinically clean.

Agricultural Oxide
Agricultural Oxide - A long oil based protective metal coating, suitable for all types of interior/exterior substrates. It has excellent covering power and can be used on block work, steel sheets, asbestos sheeting as well as wood. It has a good gloss finish, gives protection against weathering and corrosion.
Aluminium Quick Dry Enamel
Aluminium Quick Dry Enamel with a tough, quick drying finish. A metal paint made with high grade aluminium flake, rather than pigment, which is dissolved in solvent for 24 hours and diluted with urethan alkyd. Heat resistant up to 150 degrees C. Steel-grey in finish. Typically used to refurbish truck wheels. Advisable to spray. Never use a roller with this product.
Nylon Bonded Roller Refills
Black-Stripe Nylon material is heat-bonded to the nylon core in manufacture. Ideal for painting floors, the nylon core is solvent resistant and the Nylon fabric is virtually fluff-free in use. This makes this type of roller refill ideal for use with epoxy resin floor paint and other solvent based coatings that would pull fluff from or disolve most other roller refills. Available in four sizes: 9", 12", 15" & 18" wide.

Steel Roller Frames - These floor roller frames are made from high strength galvanised steel, and available in 9" (Alloy), 12", 15" & 18". The Roller frame bar is secured with a split-pin allowing easy removal.
Two-Pack Epoxy Floor Sealer (First Coat)
Two-Pack Epoxy Floor Sealer (Under Coat) - This epoxy floor paint (first coat) is designed to prepare the surface of concrete, cement and non ferrous metals. This gives an ideal base for epoxy topcoat or acts as a seal coat for bare concrete floors. Resistant to water, solvents, acids, alkalis and salts. Tough finish, and has long lasting abrasion and impact resistance. Recommended for areas receiving heavy traffic (vehicle/trucks).
Following application of the product:
Do not park vehicles or place heavy equipment on the floor for a minimum of 48 hours
Do not get the floor wet for a minimum of 7 days as this will cause bloom (discolouration)
- Coverage: 5-7 m² per litre
- Touch Drying Time: 12-16 hrs
- Recoat: 24 hrs
- Hard Drying Time: 48 hrs
- Full Cure: 7 days
